   5 These instuctions are for people developing for S60 3.x. S60 3.x
   6 uses Symbian OS so you need S60 SDK.

  15 That produces WINSCW and ARMV5 versions of sdl.dll runtime library
  16 and sdl.lib for development.
  17 The sdlexe.dll/sdlexe.lib and sdlmain.lib are for easy SDL S60
