Changes made to input file:
- dumped last read input state for both ports after each TH (select)
  falling edge on port1 (player 1), wrote out as bkm

hardware/software used:
- PAL MegaDrive running in 60Hz mode with MegaCD+32X addons attached.
- MX dev flashcart which boots directly to game and has no OS
- Teensy 3.1 running TeensyTAS (https://github.com/notaz/teensytas)
- pandora (openpandora.org) to stream input data to teensy over USB.

No loader program or input tweaking was needed.
