tc writes from a thread cause data abort, and sceKernelOpenVMDomain()
returns 80010058 which https://wiki.henkaku.xyz/vita/SceSblSsMgr mentions
as SCE_ERROR_ERRNO_ENOSYS, aka "Invalid system call number"?
